• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project
teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management
agreements and transfer pricing policy
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives

Accounts Receivable :
Customer Worthiness Analysis :
• Customer worthiness analysis for each customer (for new and existing customers); reasonable risk categories, payment terms, credit exposure/credit limit for each customer (under their responsibility).
Sales related activities:
• Support the sales unit with credit management related issues to ensure smooth sales processing (quotations, orders, credit notes, return orders, invoicing).
Collection:

•Monitor and ensure timely collection.
•Responsible for the proactive/reactive actions towards the customer base.
•Review and maintain the collection profile.
• Progress & follow up of the dispute process.

Prepare and analyze standard product cost rolls, collaborating with production team, procurement team and product development to ensure accurate costing for bill of material and routing.
- Report and analyze site cost savings initiatives, identify opportunities to lower product costs and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Support the development of cost allocation methodology and routing assumptions
- Support sourcing decisions such as make vs. sub contract.
- Investigate and analyze variances to standard, including labor efficiency, scrap, usage and purchase price variances.
- Prepare cost and efficiency reporting as required to support manufacturing goals.
- Develop costing and analysis to support new product development activities.
- Reporting to CFO for communication and relate financial measurements to non-financial functions to motivate and challenge the planning team, production team, to reach their full potential
- Business partner and an active participant and contributor to the continuous improvement process.
- Ensure Style costing / post order costing for variance analysis.
- Coordinate with IT department for ERP solution for reporting.
