I have achieved the following objectives till to date:

-Implemented a finance organization structure to support
the company’s construction, Trading and manufacturing
business and to improve the overall financial performance
of the group.
-Right sized of the head count that shall be cost effective and
yet able to increase the productivity, profitability and self-

-Managed primary banking line and monitor cash flow and interest rates & relevant pricing of import.
-Continuously seeking debt reduction options that include
leases, currency cap contracts and government loans. -Oversee purchasing, payroll, inventory and pricing, and
currency, audits and stock transactions. Perform capital

I was recruited by the President & Owner, as Vice President (Finance & Accounts) to bring structure and enhance processes of the functional areas of treasury, cash flow management, banking, inventory control, account receivables, accounts payable, general accounting, external auditing, budgeting and financial forecasting and financial reporting. -Improved the monthly closing of financial results from 45 days
to 10 days.
-Achieved balance sheet credibility through establishing and
enhancing the accounting policies & procedures.
-Designed & Implement an annual budget process that
supports a 5-years plan.
-Accessed & implemented a finance organization structure to
support the company’s overall financial performance; this
included head count reduction that were cost effective, yet
increased the productivity and self-confidence.
-Was the lead member of the management team that pulled the
company out of chapter 11 resulting due to inability to meet
the repayment schedule and pass due bank loans and non-
payment to foreign vendors who holds the PDC.
- Negotiated and solicited SR. 61 million revolving credit lines
with LIM to refinance the working capital need (Inventories &
Receivables) from sight to 270 days with the banks.
- Negotiated Medium Term Loans for expansion of branches
network and increased the retail outlets from 32 to 40.
-Increased the turnover from SR. 40 million in 2010 to SR. 89
million in 2012 & profitability of the company from losses in
2010 to SR. 9 million in 2012.
