Responsibilities
• Handling IT Recruitments for different clients.
• Gathering requirements from client, hiring manager, team lead.
• Understand the requirement and have the clear clarity on what the client requires.
• Sourcing profiles from different job portals, references, database, social networking and head hunting.
• Job posting, Mass mailing in Portals (Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp).
• Screening the profiles accordingly to check whether profile matches the job description.
• Conducting telephonic discussion with candidate to explain the opportunity, Check with candidates their Interest, Reason for change, Salary expectation, Negotiation on Notice period and Relocation if needed.
• Check with shortlisted candidates for their availability for the Interview.
• Scheduling the shortlisted candidates either for Telephonic round of interview or for Face to Face round of interview or video conference round on weekdays or on weekends.
Clients: TCS, ITC InfoTech, Tek Systems, Apex, State of Texas (Department of Information Resources), Fedility.
