▸ Prepared complete project handover documentation including as-built drawings, testing & commissioning reports,
equipment manuals, calibration certificates, and punch list clearances; additionally delivered operational training
sessions to facility management teams for smooth system takeover.
▸ Developed and maintained Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection checklists, and
quality records throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring full traceability from material receipt to final handover;
Support successful closure of 2, 500+ WIRs and 1, 200+ snag items as part of the project QA/QC team.

Started career in the UAE delivering mechanical works across residential towers, commercial malls, and office fit-out
projects, building strong hands-on experience in mechanical site execution and quality control for HVAC, plumbing,
and firefighting systems.

firefighting installations.
