- Preparation of accounts on statutory (local) and Akzo reporting basis.
- Steering the rolling forecast process in the business and strategic planning.
- Ensuring adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring compliance with the internal control framework, including Akzo InControl, CSAT, NFLOR and Quarterly attestation.
- Rendering analysis to the VP, CFO and the Executive Management Team for effective decision-making and strategy development through regular financial analysis/ad hoc requests /project evaluations, etc. Developed new reporting analyses to enable better decision making.

- Successfully delivered two highly critical business cross-functional projects: Preparing application in defense for the anti dumping investigation on imports of soda ash to India; and the anti-dumping application for soda ash product being dumped into Pakistan from Kenya.
