suppliers.
2- Confirm purchase order of KFH with supplier’s invoices.
3- Issuing all payments for suppliers after reduction of advanced
payments and other reductions.
4- Make interior reconciliation of supplier’s balances after conforming
their accounts balances with (Tandom) System.
5- Send the Notes to suppliers related to deposit the amounts in their
accounts.
6- Make monthly and yearly reports about all payments to suppliers.
7- Make Quarter reconciliation for all suppliers’ balance.
8- Make up to date reports related to purchase orders which hasn’t
received yet.
9- Make the entries related to cars deleted from inventory and send the
note to suppliers.
10- Follow up and make entries related to Buy Back contracts.
11- Appraising (Tathmeen):- Receive and check all documents related to
cars appraised.

1- Supervise, Update and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts to
reflect the transactional activities of Holding.
2- Manage and control accounts payable in terms of reconciliations & payments.
3- Registration and maintenance of Holding fixed assets, adjusting for
depreciation.
4- Supervise and review the petty cash; ensure that all transactions are recorded
clearly when making reimbursement for the petty cash.
5- Handle cash flow, Daily update for the cash report and matching the balance
with bank online.
6- Make monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
7- Make monthly closing for parent company & some of subsidiaries.
8- Supervise and Ensure proper recording and accuracy of all transactions related
to payroll (payroll generation, accounts receivable and accounts payable)
ensuring compliance with payroll processes; review and validate payroll
summary reports through coordination with the relevant HR members.
9- Assist external auditors (Full Supporting) in ensuring that audits are completed
timely by the year-end through collaborating sufficiently and providing the
necessary data.
10- Preparation of the management and accounts reports.
11- Preparation of periodic financial reports (balance sheets, profit and loss
statements), in compliance with IFRS and as per the instructions from the
Finance Director.
12- Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial
reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and
procedural standards.
13- Preparing the Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group & Financial
Highlights Report then reflect it to Board of Director Presentation.
14- Preparing the consolidated footnotes for the yearend audit report then review
them with the external auditors.
15- Journalize company payment invoices
16- Constant contact with banks in order to strengthen relations, check on money
transfer and Fixed Deposits.
17- Handling the Accounting Matters (Journalizing, Issuing Chqs, Transfers,
Preparing FA, Bank Reconcile & Unconsolidated FS).
18- Prepare quarterly & yearend reports to the KSE, CMA & Ministry of
Commercial related to FS Disclosures, Board of Directors & Assembly General
Meeting.

issue the Cheque Payment Voucher.
8- Prepare Credit / Debit Note to Subsidiaries.
9- Prepare Credit / Debit Note to KFH.
10- Confirm Balance with Subsidiaries:- Check and confirm all
transactions with different subsidiarirs.
11- Confirm Balance with KFH:- Check and confirm all transactions with
KFH and reviewing the Current Account Balance.
12- Prepare Payroll.
