Acting as admin and sales manager at Wave Laundry Services one of the biggest and most reputable laundry service
company in Qatar, also am responsible for collections from our clients.

Warehouse Operation Manager for Sigma Cylinder, one of largest LPG cylinder
manufacturers in the Middle East and the African Continent.
• Responsible for keeping a sufficient level of raw materials in each warehouse to meet the
production demand.
• Handling the logistics from the moment the product leaves the plant until it reaches the
customer.
• Studying the flow of the products to assist upper management in their decisions concerning
production and distribution.
• Managing the procurement process (Purchase order, quotations, purchasing, follow up and
receiving goods).
• Handled all the operations related to raw materials importations (purchase order, waybills,
customs declaration, packing list, shipment follow up).
Served as Senior accountant and administration for Bayt al Saboun Al Loubnai, a Lebanese cosmetic
and skin care brand situated in south Lebanon, exporting to our sister companies in Gulf Region
(UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, KSA, Oman and Iraq)
• Handled all the journal voucher entries.
• Prepared monthly budgeting, financial reports, bank, suppliers and client’s reconciliation.

• Prepared Administration paper (official papers, VAT declaration, national social security and
insurance contract).

In this small business our focus was mainly on quality, variety and innovation to offer only the bestin-
class desserts and flavours available. This business endeavour was eventually frozen due to the
economic crisis facing the country.

• Responsible for seven warehouses located in remote geographical Nigeria including continuous
commuting to ensure proper execution.
• Verified product quantity and recorded information while also noting discrepancies for followup.
