Lead, manage and coach your team to maximize their potential to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ensure delivery of Sales Excellence activity benchmarks on a weekly basis and delivery of targets across full product range, ensuring the early identification of any problems/issues that may threaten the achievement of targets and provide effective timely solutions.
Lead sales campaigns on behalf of your team using the appropriate tools and techniques ensuring close collaboration with colleagues in Consumer Banking, Marketing and Product Businesses
Effectively engage with the Direct Sales management team and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of Direct Channels strategy
Demonstrate a strong Customer Service ethos by ensuring the delivery of a top quality service by your team in tandem with achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets
Identify development and training needs, ensuring timely goal setting and appraisal with IDPs in place for each team member

Identify and proactively monitor process improvements in order to achieve continuous improvement.
Ensure that all processes and procedures are operated as per ADIB standards and legislative requirements.
Prospecting and identifying new quality corporate in order to support premium traffic.

Managing the sales and ticketing team in order to have a better market coverage.
Monitor attendance and performance of the team.
Handling agency and negotiation PLB / Route Deal / corporate agreement and make sure to secure Incremental revenue in order to achieve set target.
Prepare staff roster and yearly training plan.
Coordinate with pricing officer to use market intelligence in order to be in line with competition.
Coordinate with sales and ticketing team to maximize trade and corporate partner product awareness as well as current promotion to secure the maximum revenue.
Identify the weaknesses and area of improvement for the team in order to assist and provide the necessary tools to improve their performance.
Implement tactical promo and fare reaction in order to achieve the target
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers, establishing their needs and advising on the suitability of services.
Visiting business customers and attending meetings and conferences with them and other professionals.
Evaluating new and renewal lending proposals, negotiating terms with customers and, where appropriate, submitting proposals to the credit department for approval.
Checking accounts and initiating action if they are overdrawn without arrangement or are in excess of agreed arrangements.
Provide dealers, market feedback, daily and monthly reports to the Line manager.
