Planning, Coordination and Quality Control

Planning and Coordination:
•Coordinate with consulting persons (Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP consultants) for efficient and smooth functioning of projects
•Planning of work and use of materials to minimize wastage of materials
•Coordination between Management/HOP and Project site
•Coordination with Supply Chain Management for smoother procurement process
•Coordinating with Customer Relation Department (CRD) and Planning & Coordination Team (P&C) for smooth implementation for projects
•Coordinating with Quality Team for attaining SHL standard
•Seat for weekly meeting with higher officials to present working progress.
•Project cost and benchmark flat price analysis
•Making of projects profile as per zone of importance and project cost
•Preparation of As Built Drawing, Marketing Drawing, and Presentation drawing.
•Liaising and managing third party contractors
•Report project status and progress report and prepare interim/revised project schedule

Quality Control:
•Check the materials before construction
•Check the measurement of alignment of structural member
•If anything wrong of materials is found, then report to the authority. Ensure quality work and quality product & authentication/certification of bills
•Ensure overall quality control in the project as per the standard set by management
•Checking and verifying materials received at concerned site
•Ensuring construction work as per SHL Quality manual

Project Management:
•Manage construction site and timely execute all relevant project work
•Preparation of WBS & Resource plan as per targets set by Management using MS Project
•Manage workers and the contractors to get best output from them
•Checking and inspecting constructed works for compliance to design and specifications with minimal supervision.
•Maintaining all of the construction design and drawings.

BOQ and Estimation:
•Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site
•Updating BOQ in the ERP as per site requirements

Project Improvement:
•Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project
•To record a detailed history of the construction work and & check regular progress of work against the program
•To maintain of all type of site documents, reports, drawings and other papers in an organized manner
•Reschedule the project time based on work progress

Site Safety and Cleanliness:
•To ensure site safety and health hazard as per the SHL manual
•Ensuring a neat and clean construction site

And other duties relating to Planning, Coordination and Quality Control assigned by the Management
