Construction of ENOC Service Station in Al Ain.
Responsible for all the works at site reporting to the Projects Manager. Responsible for the timely completion of the project. I personally obtained all the Construction NOCs from various authorities . To manage the site execution team, Coordinate with Design, Procurement, HR Teams in our Head Office regarding to fulfill any site requirement, control all the resources available at site for its optimum utilization. To coordinate with the Consultant for expediting the approval of materials, method statements, Monthly Project Invoice, RFI and to get IFC Drawings, obtain approval for any claims. To coordinate with suppliers/ subcontractors for the timely delivery of materials and manpower matching the project requirement. Arrange manpower and materials on time. Attending the Weekly Progress Meetings/ Technical Meetings and Safety Meetings and preparing MOM. Responsible for Progress, Quality and Safety at site. Finalization of contract terms and condition of vendors.
Construction of New 33/11kV Substation at Safia in Ajman
Responsibilities : Responsible for all the civil works at site and reporting to the Projects Manager. To manage the site execution team, control all the resources available at site for its optimum utilization and to complete the works as per the set target and within budget. To coordinate with the Main Contractor & Consultant for clearing the site inspections and to resolve all the day to day site technical issues. To raise Material Requests and arrange its timely delivery at site. To ensure that the works progress as per the Project Quality Plan and Project HSE Plan and Project Schedule. Review all the technical documents (Design drawings, shop drawings, method statements, PQs and material submissions) before final submission for approval. Doing all the written correspondences with the main contractor like replying their Site Notes, Clarifications, Sending Weekly Reports, and Method Statements and to inform them if any delay on their part happened at site. Preparing MOMs and circulating to the stakeholders. Coordination with the procurement department in finalizing the contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Construction of 132/33kV Substation & 33/11kV Substation in Ruwais
Responsibilities : Delivered all the responsibilities of a PMC Construction Manager working for
ADNOC. The responsibility included to control the project in terms of Quality, Safety & Time. Manage site inspection team and coordinate with the Technical Core Team for expediting approvals of documents (Materials, PQs, Drawings, and Method Statements). Keeping an eye on contractor’s claim and keep status of claims and variations. Reply of all the contractor’s letters. Control quality, safety and project delays at site by issuing Site Memos, Letters & NCRs. Track status of project milestones for controlling any delays. Attending Quality and Safety Meetings on weekly basis. Prepare list of project concerns and take appropriate steps to kill the concerns. Project Reporting which included Daily Progress Report, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Risk Assessment Monitoring Report, Delay Report etc. as required by ADNOC top management for project control. Attending and witnessing Third Party Audit done at site. Project forecasting on regular basis and prepare mitigation plan for any expected delays. To keep an eye on the approvals of the Long Lead Items and issue notification to the contractors well in advance to avoid any delay. Prepare PMC Staff Performance Report

Responsibilities : Delivered all the responsibilities of Project Consultant Engineer and reporting to the Principal Resident Engineer. Remained responsible for ensuring timely inspection of all the site inspections according to the approved PQP, HSE Plan, ITP, Drawings, Method statement and Specifications. To ensure the work progress meeting all the Quality & HSE requirement. To control the performance of contractor by issuing Site Notes, NCRs. Arranging and attending the weekly progress meetings. Preparing and sending various project reports to the client as and when required. Preparing MOM and circulating among all the stakeholders. Reviewing of the shop drawings, method statements and material submissions. Project forecast on regular basis and highlight the issues which may cause any project delay. Coordinate with the Client Civil Engineer for project updates, taking their expert advise as and when required to resolve any technical issue raised from site. Monitoring of all the concrete pouring at site. Witnessed Piling works at site. Prepare AS Built Drawings
Project : Al Zawra Central Power Plant, 1800MW in Ajman, UAE.
Responsibilities : I was the client / owner Civil Engineer controlling various contractors. I remained the overall in - charge of all the civil works of the project and reporting to the Chief Engineer. Attending all the site inspections was my prime responsibility other than review the shop drawings, Control Quality and Safety at work place. Giving feed back to the Chief Engineer for any claim raised by the contractor. To monitor work progress as per the approved plans.

Construction of world largest LNG Storage Tanks at Dhabol, India - Dhabol LNG Terminal Project

Supervised the construction of 2400MW (8 X 300MW) Power Plant at Subiya in the State of Kuwait for Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW).
I worked in Turbine Section of the project supervising and coordinating the construction of Switch Gear Basements, Heavy Transformer Foundations, To keep track the status of drawings, check quality of job works, arrange and obtain approvals if site inspection.
