Roles and responsibilities:
• Participate in Designing and Architecture of Software Solutions
• Physical Design of system component (Data base storage - Shards & replications)
• Web API Design and implementation.
• Participate in product Steering meetings and the development of the product vission
• Design and implement Integration solution with payment gateway and implement subscription management software
• Design and Implement Application Life Cycle Policies - based on Agile & scrum
• Social Media Integration (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Full stack Implementation and development of new solution
• Hold ownership for some of the products, business and technical
• MS CRM Implementation & Customization.
• Handle Communication with client and deliver MS CRM training
Roles and responsibilities:
• Participate in development team to implement client requirements.
• Implement client change requests and fix any reported bugs, handle communication with client and make sure that client requests are within scope.
• Provide supervision and mentoring for a junior developer and provide guidance for him.
• Deployment of new builds, and newly implemented changes and modules.
• Receive and handle support cases and calls from clients for several systems (MDEL, SDR, DSIS, FIRS, eCosma, MDMA services, MDEL Integration Services).
• Handling CRs and making sure that the SLAs are met.
• Troubleshooting and investigating issues in the systems to get to the root cause and then resolve these issues as being part of the development department.
• Perform periodic monitoring for the systems and report any issues or performance bottlenecks.

• Development and implementation of GRP/ERP systems.
• Design and implementation of big change request with reference to the technical architect.
• Web Developer using (ASP.Net and C#).
• User Interface Implementation using MVP pattern.
• Middle Tier implementation C#, workflow WF 3.5 and data access layer using Nhibernate.
• Implement reports using MS Reporting Services 2005.
• On site development, handling client requests and ensuring extreme satisfaction from the client.
