As a Deputy Director of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, also supervised two projects (1. Bangladesh enhanced resilience Program funded by Danish Red Cross, 2. Pilot programmatic Project funded by German, Danish, Swish Red Cross, IFRC & BDRCS), Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital & Red Crescent Blood Center, (Sister Concern of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society), Moghbazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh since November 1 2008, . I was assigned as Deputy Director to Sylhet District Red Crescent Unit and Moulvibazar District Red Crescent Unit of las three years. I was in charge of the whole COVID 19 vaccination operation program and recent flash flood with help of Civil Surgeon, City Corporation, District administration of both the districts. During that time we gave training on the Safer Access, First Aide, sexual harassments and gender protection to the community volunteer, women, child and third gender in the field level. Worked also family restoring project to the central jail. Distributing cash grant, shelter, food package, seeds, etc to the both district under my supervision.
