- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Amman, Riyadh and Jeddah branches.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

-Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
-Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
-Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.

-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities.
- On boarding of new customers and helping ensure all training sessions are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the availability of technical infrastructure, systems, products and services.
- Execute daily customer support operations including responding to questions and following up on reported issues across channels (Calls, E-Mails, Social Media ..etc)
- Document and ensure that information and services delivered in writing and visuals (on the web, through social media, publications), including scripts (real-time chats, call centres), is written in plain language and well presented.
- Stay relevant and current by conduct your own research, blog reading and training to stay on top of industry trends, updates, etc.
- Analyze customer wants, needs, and behaviours through surveys, usability studies, in-person interviews, and other research in customer experience.
-Day-to-day processing and settlement of roaming records.
- Manage roaming agreements & tariffs.
- Manage relationship with roaming clearinghouse
- Roaming usage reporting and analysis.
- Develop and manage international roaming agreements & settlement process.
