Responsibilities & Achievement:
 Undertake and supervise the development of BIM Standards and guidelines to achieve Company BIM Shift.
 Act as a key person to attend the BIM coordination meetings with the clients and contractors.

Was responsible for deploying BIM knowledge to the structural staff and implementing BIM standards.

• Coordinated with other disciplines, performing all coordination and clash detections on BIM Models.
• Produced full set of shop drawings and BBS from BIM Models using AutoCAD Structural Detailing.

• Saved amount of 200, 000 AED to the company by providing in-house tailored BIM training and support.
• Managed a team of engineers to create structural BIM standards (processes, templates, workflows, etc.).
• Conduct quality and validity checks on BIM models against company BIM protocols and standard.
• Produced BIM model according to AIA BIM Protocol (E202) Levels of Development (LOD 100 to 400).
• Developed a procedure to establish bidirectional link between Finite Elements Software and BIM software.

• Composition: hospitals, pharmacies and clubs, Owner: General Directorate of Military Works (GDMW).

Was responsible for designing different concrete and steel structures, preparing structural deliverables.
Achievements:
• Produced finite element models for concrete and steel structures using SAP, ETABS and SAFE.
• Accomplished structural design according to related codes such as AISC 360-10, ACI 318-05, ASCE7-05 and IBC.
• Produced concrete and steel structural deliverable like drawings and details using AutoCAD.
• Reviewed shop drawings, bar bending list, comments from clients and follow up on different reviews.
