Project: Hajj surveillance system Makkah.
Project summary :-
Hajj is a most gathering occasion of pilgrims all over the world. Hajj surveillance system is covering approximate 120sqmtr open space area .This system is based on point to point wireless video transmission through small microwaves. we use IP Based Bosch cameras with 30X optical and 12 DX zoom, for wireless video transmission we use small microwave for camera to base station point to point video transmission and high capacity microwave for base station to base station and base station to control room for large scale data transfer and for communication back bone. In control room we installed video walls for camera output display and Cameleon ITS software for transportation monitoring and management.
Project material estimation.
*purchasing and arrangement consumable material and hardware
*Project supervision.
*installation and commissioning of Bosch IP cameras.
*installation of Airaya Microwave links for point to point communication.
*installation of Aopix, links on base station for large amount data transfer on wireless communication.
*installation Cameleon ITS. Advanced transportation management software for IP CCTV operation.
*supervision for base station installation. Microwave (Aviet, , Airaya, cable free, fluid mesh) Network switches, Routers, through links.etc)
*supervision of cabling, and optical fiber cable laying with all hardware accessories.
* vendor supervision for video wall installation and configuration in control room..
* documentation with client and internal organization required for project.
* coordination with client.
* coordination with manpower, Engineers, supervisors regarding project development.
*preparation of weekly Project progress report for project head and client.
*preparation of handing over documents.
• Generate new cases from scratch to Order.
• Customer & case evaluation centered to Electrical & Fire safety Project.
• Maintain relations to the customers.
• Work with Consultants, Builder etc

• BOQ Preparation
• Preparation of erection & supply bills with Price variation of a project.
• Preparing overall project schedule, Billing Schedule and estimate the cost of project.
• Preparing schedule of resources, preparing and monitoring weekly, fortnightly,
monthly schedule and MIS reporting on execution planned and achieved.
• Maintain all documentation at site office as required by the company including all internal reporting
experience on large scale projects in supervision Installation Testing, commissioning and integration of Fire Detection System, CCTV, Access control system, Intruder detection system, MAVDP etc, and low current - Instrumentation and Control engineering systems integration.
CCTV :- zicom Analogue and digital CCTV (dome, bullet and PTZ cameras)
Fire detection System :-conventional fire detection system
Analogue addressable fire detection system( Moeley Honeywell, Hochiki, notifire, simplex), Beam . detector, Duct detectors, relay modules integration.
* Time and attendance System :- zicom proximity card, biometric and face detection time & attendance system.
* intruder detection system :- wireless and wired beam sensors based intruder . detection system.
* Boom Barrie :- supervision installation and commissioning of boom barrier.
* Door access control system :- installation testing and commission of access . door control system (made zicom and smart-i)
Role and responsibilities:
n Site survey.
