1-Checking documents for establishing mechanical work ( sanitary work, fire fight work, airconditioning, ducting, cooling water piping, domestic piping )
2- checking clashes according to rivit prog. and establishing auto cad drawings as shope drawing after establishing them from the contracor .
3- logistic support for the contractor work .
4- controling and cheching the job in sight .
5- testing all the ducting work, fire fight work, cooling pipe work, domestic work.
6- cheching weekly report for the finished work in sight.
7- checking and approving payment report for the contractor.
I start working in this company from the beginning as projectmanager for soft ware programs that serve the need of Iraqi markets (the small, middle, and the big markets) so in the beginning I start as project manager then we start work as marketing manager for marketing our programs with aid of three delegates to market and sail our products .
Our products were three software to manage accounting for different markets.
we made a good plan for marketing through advertising about our products through the internet by designing spacial web page for our product named(AL AYHAM-ERP SYSTEMS).
also we made special advertisement printed on papers about our products then we post these advertisements on the important market like al shourja, jamila, karadah, masoor, al mutamaby markets.
by the aid of goad we were succeeded in delivering morthan 150 product in less that six months.
of course we were arrange maintenance work for our programs and updating them when ever it was necessary.
managing the project plan starting from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring &controlling, & closing this will include defining project statement, time scheduling & updating, procurement contracts, defining monitoring &inspection sheet, select and follow the technical staffs during executing to perform deliverable that was mentioned in project statement .
Ihave worked with Al defaf company as a consultant engineer for the first three months after that I start to work as project manager for the following projects:
1-Installing a bridge crane with capacity of 20 tons this crane was imported to Iraq from Turkey by our company (AL DEFFAF CO. FOR TRADING & CONTRACTING &COMMERCIAL AGENCIES)and this crane was installed in maintenance station also build by AL DEFFAF CO.
This crane was imported from a specialist company in Turkey named BAYURSAN(www.bayursan.co.tr). And as a project manager I follow this crane in all steps from deciding the specification then taking the approval from the client (the ministry of transportation) checking the proposals from companies then going to Turkey then negotiation about prices and assigning the contract then choosing the way of transporting to Baghdad then taking the final approval from the client and finally starting the installing process with our team in al deffaf co..
2- the second project was importing a screw compressor from kaeser copany(www.kaeser.com) type DSDX302 also I had follow this machine with all steps but this time the job was done for the benefit of THAT AL SAWARY co one company of theMinistry of industry in Iraq of course after the machine reached Baghdad we start the installation process and connecting this machine with the origin network that was existing in the company of course with aide of our piping &ducting team then we start compressing air to the network and I made fast practicing course for the engineers for one week telling them the way of turning on the machine and how to program the machine using the SIGMA CONTROL and how to do maintenance service for this network.
3-The third project was installing a building for the benefit of the company of executing projects of transportation in the Ministry of transportation . This building will used as laboratories for testing concrete specimens & designing center for the Ministry of transportation projects.
The building was built over area of 600 square meters, It was built of steel structure building designed by the client(the company of executing projects of transportation) covered from out side by sandwich panel the horizontal type which was brought for the first time to Iraq by our company from Turkey, the inside walls was made of gypsum- board, the building consist of spherical skylight was made of steel frame and covered with transparent plastic plate with thickness of 8mm to stand explosions.
The building was provided with lightning proof system, fire alarm system and internet system in addition to 24 local split air-conditioning unit.
The building was provided also with two lines of high voltage cables(3*185+95)in forced type for the main city electricity with electric generator of 600KVA.that was in addition
I was responsible about managing all activities in the project including civil staffs in different periods of work also managing mechanical staffs (air conditioning, fire system, piping systems) also managing electrical system staffs, finishing staffs, audio system staff &also the IT staff.
our work was to execute projects for the benefit of poor villages and we concentrate on digging water wells with depth of 110 -160 m to get good water that people can use daily in houses, so that we execute about three wells one of them in Al nechabe village, the other was in AL kassrah village and the thired was inALhabariah village. All these villages were in AL Anbar city.
this work was concern digging the well and making chemical tests in Baghdad Laboratories to ensure that this water is suitable for human usage then we construct Desalination and sterilization stations with all the accessories that needed for automatizing these stations including the building, the electric generator and containers for water and fuel.then we Hand the work to the provincial council of AL anbar .
importing computer facilities and sailing them to Iraqi cities.
making studies about the coponnents that maybe needed in iraqi markets and we work hard to import these items in a short time.
also providing maintenance work for computers.
production manager
I was responsible about the production process as hole.
this establishment was producing showers and five kinds of vessels for bath rooms (normal and jaquozi).
another important product was the double glass doors also indoor and outdoor doors.
a production manager for a factory for producing visual aids ( the mechanical components)(1989-1991)
the factory contain 300 employees and 20 engineers .
It contains also 58 turning machine( automatic and cnc machine) .
it contains 34 milling machine (nc and cnc machines).
it contains assemblig work shop for assembling visual aids (mechanical and optical).
it contain a white room for assembling opto-mechanical parts.
Production engineer
I was responsible about the production process in the factory which involve looking after the flow of instrument manufacturing it means trying to resolve all the problems which may appeared.
I finished a course in programming milling machine in Iraq (for 2 weeks) I finished a course in auto-cad program in designing mechanical parts in Iraq and Jordon according to the above license and with work experience of (5 years) I have been nominated as a production manager for the visual aid mechanical parts workshop. I finished a course in maintenance of central air-conditioning system in Iraq for one year. I finished a course in Romania for 2 weks in production technology & another 2 weeks in Poland in the same field.
