Duties:
1- Key Role as Purchase / Supply Chain Manager in general

Responsible to organize and maintain a central facility for the Purchases of Medium Voltage / Package Substation and Low Voltage business segments goods, services and contracts finalization on a best price / best quality basis and similarly for Steel business segment. Also ensuring for smooth supply of materials, consumables and equipment to company. Developing new and old vendors to grow them into a diversified business base in a specialist niche market controlling the purchase and supply activities of all procured items & services, in the line of new vendor development program. Preparing Projects contracts/ JV agreements to achieve ‘best price negotiation with best quality Products purchasing by the establishing of terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts and making recommendations and coordinating with senior / technical team for finalizing process on.
Cost Estimation and Participation in Saudi Electric Company’s tenders for Medium Voltage & Package Substation for win win situation, within defined company’s business norms.

2- Key Role as Purchase / Supply Chain Manager for various Saudi Electricity Projects.
Responsibilities:
Review tender documents of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations and site visit.
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
Contribution in cost and price calculations.
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
Ref. Projects 1- 69 kVA Substation & Tramsmission Line of National Steel Co, 2- 230kVA Substation & Transmission Line of Arab Steel Co,
•Sourced Product, Vendor management and Negotiated of High Voltage Substation and transmission line equipment in customer funded Projects.
Commercial Bids, Planned & Execution of Projects (Substation & Transmission Line).
Formalized the Projects Procurement process for required materials for Substation & Transmission Line through Local and Import sources.
•Coordinated with the authorities for taken up the project on the possible manner.
Developed a team of efficient managers & engineers for successful and timely execution of projects without time and cost over runs.
Planning overseeing of the engineering, quality, budgeting, management, information system, coordination monitoring of projects under execution.Provide advice and help in timely completion of the projects.Develop an efficient Planning, Scheduling and monitoring system for the projects under execution based on the latest management tools like primavera or M.S Project.
Evaluated commercial proposals by various EPC contractors.Drafting and negotiation of EPC project services agreements, Strategic planning, pre feasibility studies, opportunity and pre investment studies, new technology evaluation, market studies, resource planning, management information systems, technology transfer. roviding financing assistance, investment analysis, praisals and evaluations, project structuring, capital cost estimating.Implement and assist in the development, review and maintenance of various EPC policies.
