Working as Piping lead for detailed engineering design for ROG Cracker-Revamp units and C3 Splitter & C5-C9 greenfield units, Jamnagar, India
Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 35 engineers & designers.
• Preparation of Man-Hour estimations, preparation of man power mobilisation plans.
• Preparation of equipment layout and piping plans for Revamp units and green field units.
• Participation in layout reviews with all disciplines and client to review constructability, maintenance and operation requirements for new and existing equipment in the plant.
• To ensure that new equipments to be planned in brownfield plant to comply all HSE policies, procedures, guidelines in line with international standards, client guidelines and there should be minimum change in existing facilities, AG pipe routings and UG networks.
• Review of Tie-in location on existing line and to ensure minimum modification in existing AG line and UG network
• Planning, budgeting & control of piping engineering deliverables
• Participating in Risk assessment meetings and updation of risk register for piping department.
• Updation of piping activities progress in Janus.
• Preparation of piping DCI along with details related activity manhours/weightages and deliverables dates
• IDC commenting and review of vendor documents
• 3D Model Checking & Modelling using SP3D.
• Conducting & responsible for 3D Model Reviews with clients.
• Coordinating between disciplines for Closure of model review tags
• Resolution of piping engineering technical queries/issues raised either by task force or client.
• Responsible for direct answering to the client during Kick Off, Design review and comment closure meetings.
• Involved in MTO activities, to provide timely bulk MTO’s as per project schedules and to provided detailed Inch dia and inch meter to access piping work and to mobilise subcontractors to site for construction.

Working as Piping lead for detailed engineering design for Steam Methane Reformer, Paramount
Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed design and engineering of Reformer Inland.
• Responsible equipment layout and piping plan SM Reformer.
• Preparation of Man-Hour estimations, preparation of man power staffing plans
• Detailed engineering for Modules including weights, module piping quantities, piping ID’s, module dimensions etc.
• Review of Modules GA and ensuring compliance to module project philosophy
• IDC commenting and review of vendor documents
