 Resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.
 Generates standard project documentation including Risk Assessment Plans, for Cisco equipments.
 Assists customer with Advanced Services tools and strategy deployment of highly complex tools and related Network Management Systems.
 Introducing new ways of working leveraging the adoption of Software Strategy “Best Practices” with cross-functional interfacing with all levels of Advance Services Team, GSE and TAC, Business Units and Account Teams.
 Verify and improve device configuration to match the best practices approach from Cisco Systems, Inc.
 Design Review of customer network design changes.
 Reviews network requirements and High Level Design.
 Recommending clients with the perfect IOS and hardware so that to ensure best performance and stable network infrastructure.
