• Working as a Customer Service Executive & Corporate sales
• Dealing directly with customers either through telephone, electronically or face to face
• Assisting customers regarding new Driving license procedure and registration.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Managing customer accounts efficiently
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints as well as resolve them in an effective manner
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
• To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project professional image to clients
• Also handling sales as per the target set by the management . (mostly achieved target on monthly basis )
