*Supervise junior accountants to accomplish daily tasks.
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and
profit and loss statements.
*Follow-up with Operations team to get the pending COD amounts and Credit Notes from Vendors. Making sure credit notes deducted from invoice amount before making payment to Vendors.
*Maintain periodical AP aging report and prepare invoices for payment as per aging.
*Support and assist with internal and external audits as required, and implement any recommendations to improve procedures and processes.
*Daily follow up of Cash and Bank opening / closing balances.
*Responsible for all electronic banking payments ex: Bayan's, SADAD, Vendor payments.
*Timely payments to Clients as per contract and providing proper coordination to A.M team.
*Follow up on advance payment to suppliers/employees.
*Keeping track on Bank Guarantees and promissory notes.

*Responsible for all Invoices, Payment's postings and Receipts in ERP system.
*Responsible for Month End Bank Closings and Reconciliations. Resolving discrepancies between invoices.
*Independently Handling Trade and Non-Trade supplier's invoices and Payments as per Payment Term. Preparation of Aging Reports of Suppliers. Keen observation on VAT Calculations.
*Preparation of Debit Notes to suppliers and Claiming the Amounts. Preparing credit notes if required.
*Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required. Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Supporting management at the time of Annual Audit and Make Adjustments as required.
*Manage full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable.
*Comply with ZAKAT, GOSI and TAX financial policies and regulations.
*Employees Salaries Preparation and Responsible for All petty Cash process.
*Posting Journal Entries and Maintain the Accurate records of Supporting Documents.

Achievements/Tasks
Posting of General Ledger account master data in SAP ECC 6.0. Accurately enter invoice information into a database or spreadsheet. Parking, holding the incomplete documents and posting once gathering all the information. Experiance in Implementing SAP FI-sub modules FI-AP, FI-AR and FI-GL. Maintaining high level of confidentiality of Vendors and Customers records and files. Document sorting, scanning, indexing and storing in appropriate database.
