Leading the IT applications team to help hospital to manage its day-to-day operational activities.

Gathering, analysing, and prioritizing the business requirements, functional specifications, and mock ups of application to provide functional decomposition.
▪
Systems implementation, Conducting user trainings and workshops.
▪
Creating system guidelines and user manuals for the organization
▪
Working closely with development team and business personals to ensure that business requirements are delivered on time with quality.
▪
Conducting weekly/monthly meeting with stakeholders and managers.
▪
Supporting in daily operations, functional and technical team to resolve the issues.
▪
Assisting in the coordination and management of projects, deliverables, and timeline to ensure user satisfaction.
▪
Conducting system\functional testing to ensure that the systems work as expected.
▪
Conducting regular reviews of all software applications and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
▪
Managing all information system policies and documentation including strategies, user manuals and security policies.
Key member of the HIS team to understand workflows, configuration/design decisions and policy considerations and to assist with project coordination
Participate in the planning, development, implementation, upgrading, maintenance and evaluation of the HIS. Activities include data collection, cataloguing of gathered information, documentation of processes and communication with other members of the IT department and clinical services.
Providing analysis, building requirements, functional support, and maintenance of enterprise level clinical non clinical applications
Performing functionality testing of new releases and changes to software applications.
Troubleshooting and assisting in resolving simple to moderately complex application functionality issues.
Coordinating with team members, technical application staff and vendors to resolve system or applications problems.
Training user clients on process improvement, application functionality maintenance and developing related training materials.
Provide direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams to facilitate the introduction,
acceptance, integration and optimal use of the applications in the hospital setting
Associating with the developers and business analysts to introduce new features in the existing application.
Co-ordination of standardization of different documentation modules through Taiba/Facilities to met JCIA requirement.
Implementing the new Information Systems HIS/ERP, all phases of implementation including scoping, reviewing requirements, testing, and go-live support.
• Assisting in information system enhancements and change orders during and post the project implementation.

Working closely with development team and business personals to ensure that business requirements are delivered on time with quality.

Managing all phases of testing for assigned components ensuring test plans and test cases are completed and met business requirements.
•
Working with development teams investigating and correcting software bugs and deficiencies based on the testing results.
•
Performing various types of testing, such as functional, regression, acceptance, negative, installation testing, performance, and load testing
•
Supporting daily operations and technical support team to resolve technical issues.
