Planning menus in consultation with Operation manager & Chefs;
Budgeting and establishing financial targets and forecasts;
Interacting with customers if involved with 'Front of House' work;
Responsible for taking care of employee’s personal hygiene.
Ensuring Staff Hygiene and safety regulations are strictly observed;
Responsible to prepare Monthly Action Plan with Proper Feedback and Finalization of Findings.
Finalizing Weekly Cost & Reconciliation Report in Coordination with Store In-charge.
Responsible to arrange various courses such as Fire Extinguisher, Emergency Response, Food Hygiene & Safety, Personal Hygiene etc on monthly basis.
Responsible to Monitor Daily Wastage through Waste Management Policy in Coordination with Chef & Line Supervisor’s
