Responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure and application components. Performs a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets company and user satisfaction and also provides direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations.
• Providing level 2 & 3 tier support for Client Network in a 24*7 environment.
• Configuring the routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP and OSPF.
• Engineered, and implemented LAN/WAN networks using variety of Hardware/Software.
• An understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, Switch Port Security and have implemented almost of these protocols in the hierarchical networks.
• Reengineered the Switching Network for Traffic shaping, security and pattern analysis.
• Implementing ACL’s on IOS routers and Cisco ASA firewall to filter certain traffic.

Responsible for answering, commenting and replying to help desk inquiries. Help desk is the first level of support, and response for clients. Help desk is relief and assistance for techs and engineers.
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
• Monitor service desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process fist-in first-out based on priority.
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
• Document internal procedures.
• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment.
• Install, test and configure new workstation, peripheral equipment software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.

• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
