• Installation and configuration Fortinet routers for the new station and establish a VPN connection with the HQ.

• Check the technical condition of the main servers room and the suitability of its conditions.

• Do daily checks of all IT services in all stations.
• Receipt and receive orders or phone calls with regard to problems and breakdowns in the stations, diagnosis and work to resolve them and to provide the necessary technical support.
• Provide assistance and technical support for customers special cards to refuel in our stations.
• Modify or suspend or cancel or issuing electronic "E-FILL cards" with respect to the technical conditions.

• Work on technical support for all kinds of computer desktop and laptop.
• Work on connecting small/ medium networks and maintenance.
• Server hardware and maintenance problems.
• Work in the field of sales and marketing.
