Job Profile: -
•Checking the Shop drawing submittals, Prequalification submittals, Method Statements, ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) as submitted by Contractor for review & approvals.
•Checking & supervising all structural elements of Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure works as executed by contractor as per project contract documents.
•To monitor the quality & progress of the activities as per project Quality plan & look ahead program respectively.
•To resolve any difficulties arisen in the site by discussing with contractor’s responsible Engineers.
•To ensure that contractor’s site construction teams are following the specification, approved latest drawing, approved Method Statement, approved Quality Plan, approved HSE plan etc.
•To report to RE & Musanada Project Manager for the daily activities as executed by contractor.
•To participate in the technical & progress meeting as presided over by Musanada Project Manager.
•To co- ordinate with HSE personnels for ensuring the implementation of Musanada’ HSE plan at site.
• To assist the RE for issuing the SOR (Site Observation Report) & NCR (Non Conformance Report ) to the contractor for any non-compliance activities at site.
•To close the WIRs as submitted by Contractor for ensuring the completion of work done at site.
•To prepare the snag lists of all defective works prior to issuing the provisional acceptance certificate to the contractor.
•To check the as built drawing as per site execution.
Project Brief :- AMMROC (Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul center) .
Job Profile: -
•Checking & supervising all structural works performed by Contractor with respect to the specific quality.
•To read the drawings, Project submittals (Method of statement, Approved material submittals, Approved shop drawings) & guide the contractor during daily activities.
•To verify the site tastings, materials & apply the project quality control procedure.

Job Profile:-
Checking the shop drawing submittal, Material submittal, Method Statement (MS) as submitted by Contractor for review &approval.
Checking the up gradation of all civil ITRs, shop drawings, Method statement etc. for getting from” to “A” status.
Checking the site activities through ITR (Inspection& Testing Request) as per approved Latest Shop drawings, approved Method statement, approved MVR (Materials Verification Report), approved Quality Control Procedure (QCP), approved HSE documentations etc.
Prepare the NCR (Nonconformance Report) if any deficiency found at site regarding construction & HSE (Health, safety & Environment).
Checking the MVR (Materials Verification Reports) as per approved MAR ( Materials Approval Request), approved samples, test reports along with all precautionary measures regarding proper handling & storage at site as well as manufacture’s recommendations.
Verify with ITL (Independent Testing Laboratory) that all relevant test results related to specific ITP (Inspection& Testing Plan) meets the project requirements.
Make sure that all materials used at site complied with approved MAR.
Make sure that Contractors personnel are using latest edition of approved shop drawings, approved MS, Approved QCP, approved ITP as per project Master Index.
Closely monitor concreting pour & check continuously concrete materials delivered at site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedure &ensure that all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
Frequency check formworks, shuttering works& ensure quality, safety, constructability aspects are met. Advise planning Engineer & construction Manager for any slippage of progress regarding site activities.
Checking the site progress as per look ahead programme & if found any delays of any activity, reporting the same to the Construction manager for immediate action.
Participates with the PMC discipline in reviewing the close out reports as submitted by contractors.
Participate in the Trial mix of concrete in the batching plant so as to ascertain that concrete supplied at site are conform to approved Mix Design & witnessing the raw materials of concrete in the plant by checking the Delivery Note to ensure that materials are delivered from approved suppliers. In addition, witnessing for taking samples of concrete ingredients by ITL for testing the same to ensure that supplied raw materials are complied with project requirements.
Review the relevant as built drawings as submitted by subcontractor & make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
Prepare the snag lists (punch Lists) as a evidence of short coming of different items of project& finally handing over the project to the clients fulfilling all completions of proposed snagging.

Job Profile :-
Supervise the site as per approved shop drawings (Structural & architectural) and approved method of statement incorporating with Specification/B.O.Q/Contract Document/RFI (Request for information) answers/ Check list along with RFIA (Request for information and approval).
Prepare the NCR (Nonconformance report) if any deficiencies found regarding construction & HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).
Checking the site as per the RFIA (Request for Inspection and Approval) as to be submitted by contractor as per approved shop drawing &making comments if any.
Preparing Site Instruction (SI) & Site observation report (SOR) issued for construction.
Responsible for checking the MIR (Material Inspection Report) as submitted by contractor as per the approved material submittal.
Supervise the all type civil finishing & landscaping work as per approved shop drawing.
Make sure that any activity for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality control procedure (QCP) and inspection & test plan (ITP).
Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
Verify with independent testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITP meets the project requirements.
In the event that the relevant shop drawing, materials used, MS, QCP and ITP do not cover all specification requirements, reporting the same in writing to the RE (Resident Engineer) &subsequently it is forwarded to the contractor &. Copy of such report shall be forwarded to PMC.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with approved shop drawings, and report to Senior Structural Engineer.
Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
Make sure that the contractor’s personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index.
Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests ate carried out as per contract requirements.
