Implementation of Safety Rules and General Safety Regulations on site, such as Rules of Conduct, Personal Conduct, Responsibility of Personnel, Physical Fitness, assessment of Insurance Coverage and House Keeping and Hazard Control.
Conducting of safety meeting, Tool Box Meeting and Safety Induction.
Preparing Report of all unsafe equipment, Tools and Hazardous / unsafe conditions.
Conducts Investigating accident/ near-miss cases & giving feedback to employees & contract workers to prevent recurrence.
Checking and correct use of equipment, machinery, tools and site facilities.
Providing easy Access and display safety warnings signs.
Organizing training’s in Fire Fighting, emergency response/ fire evacuation drills in various high rise Buildings in Various Building Projects & Industry.
Effectively execute all functions of Fire & Safety Department to maintain safe working environment and control emergency situation, if any, with minimum losses and within minimum time to achieve overall objective of the company.
Always keep all fire & safety equipment and appliances in working condition & their records updated.
Inspection of Safety Protection Equipment such as Hand Protection, Foot Protection, Eye Protection, Safety Harness, and Respiratory protection.
Organizing resources to control emergency in min time & with min losses.
Arrange for attending Fire calls received from neighboring area.
Analyzing and Reporting of Injuries and Property Damages.
Maintain safe working conditions, so that no accident or emergency takes place.
Inculcate& maintain safety awareness among all employees as well as contract workers, so that they adopt safe work practices
Inspection of Scaffolding (Erection / Dismantling of Independent tied Scaffolds, Birdcage Scaffolds, Mobile Scaffolds Towers, Cantilevers Scaffolds).
Implementation of formal work procedure (method statement), work / Safety Equipment, Fire Fighting Equipment, Rescue Equipment.
Issuing of Permit to Work’s (PTW).
Counter-checking safety work permits issued for the entire maintenance job as well as the job sites to ensure safety.
As internal auditor conducting scheduled audit of allotted area and coordinate to maintain standards in that area.
Inspection of Cranes on high rise buildings for overloading, inadequate maintenance of equipment, unsafe method of erection, Insecure loads.
Inspection of work in Public Area, First Aid Procedures and Fire Prevention.
Inspection of Welding, Cutting & Grinding Tools and Equipment.
Advising in all safety matters to support scaffolding safety, Crane load, checking of hooks, slings free from twists and edges.
Optimum utilizations of resources like -Firefighting appliance, equipment & manpower & consumables.
Conducting safety induction for new employees, subcontractor and to the visitors
Conducting specific trainings (tool box talk) for workers depend upon activity.

Report all personnel injuries as soon as possible to their immediate foreman

Request help when unsure how to perform any task safety and/or provide fellow employees with safety equipment’s
