TEACHING AND LEARNING

 Taking a significant role in curriculum, resource, program and subject design, development, management and review as required to ensure that learning and teaching in the Faculty and across disciplines reflects best practice and a command of the field.
 Demonstrating a command of educational best practice, continuously improving my own teaching and learning to a high level, including maintaining a comprehensive teaching portfolio, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of
learning and teaching across the university.
 Contributing to leadership in scholarly activities that influence and enhance learning and
teaching in the University.
 Modelling high quality subject delivery and learning support materials using any web
based platforms, electronic library information systems and other teaching and learning
systems developed for use in the University

RESEARCH AND SCHOLARSHIP
 Making an original and innovative contribution to the advancement of scholarship and research
 Contributing significantly to the Faculty and University research plans and in ensuring congruence between Faculty and University research plans and initiatives.
 Maintaining productive areas of personal research and scholarship, and as a result, generating high level research outcomes
 Maintaining a significant record of publication in top ranked and other research and scholarly journals and other forms of publication
 Disseminating research information and outcomes to enhance the reputation of the Faculty and University, including providing high level commentary within the research and wider communities.

Contributing to the research and publication performance of the Faculty.
•Discussing current and proposed HDR policies, procedures and practices, as well as other agenda items.
•Liaising with HDR candidates and participate in external community engagement.

Preparing all financial reporting including monthly management reports.
•Preparing of annual budget & forecasting
•Bank Reconciliation and other finance and banking duties
•Ad hoc reporting and analysis
•Claim tax returns

Processed invoices/expense claimed for data entry into creditors.
•Banking - processed spreadsheet/collection of credit cards/drafts.
•Assisted in the implementation of the new purchase order system and the centralization of credit payments via electronic transfers.
•Handled enquiries of invoices/ miscellaneous creditor queries.
•Reconcile all creditors' statements for Tourist Hotel.
•Undertake various administration duties as required, Filing - including all relevant end of month property filing.

Computerized the company accounts up to finalization.
•Banking activities including bank reconciliation.
•Maintenance Debtors and Creditors ledger and their follow up.
•Producing monthly financial reporting & preparing the annual financial reports.
•Assisting the management in the day to day function of office & administration.

•Prepares statements on the accuracy of financial information and their compliance with country regulations and laws.
