Responsible for monitoring of Construction work, Ducting, Refrigerant piping, Electrical and control work related to HVAC.
Review HVAC Design and Shop drawings, Equipment Detailed Drawings as per the design standards
Preparation of technical submittal of materials, which is specified for a particular project.
Review Mechanical drawings, Method Statements for equipment and instrument installation, HVAC System Testing and Commissioning Procedures for the approval.
Air Balancing for the Air Distribution System as well as Water balancing of chilled water system.
Monitoring the progress as per schedule, coordinate with contractor to expedite work on time with quality as per Saudi Aramco Standards.
Ensure the effectiveness of the Site Inspections are as per Clients specification and satisfaction and on timely reporting to quality issues may have a counter effect on time, cost or operation impact on the client’s business.
Conducting site condition survey and submit written report as per client expectation.
Supervise all execution activities including providing technical inputs on methodologies & coordination with site management activities.
Identify & develop a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery to minimise project cost.
Assisting BMS Engineers in deciding the control logics regarding optimization of the HVAC System.
Coordinating with construction team to expedite materials delivery at site on time to meet our schedule, report site activities to Senior Project Engineer on daily basis.
Check RFI (Request for Inspection) and verify construction works as per requirement and standard.
Responsible for pre commissioning and start-up of HVAC system DDC Panel testing and functional test.
Coordinating with initiator and verify completed punch item to close for HVAC, Plumbing, as well Electrical and safety related to HVAC.

Coordinating with initiator and verify completed punch item to close for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire alarm as well Electrical and safety items.
Over all preventive maintenance and on call maintenance for Ducted Split, Chiller and AHU replacement of its various parts at RAS GAS Maintenance project Doha Qatar
Resolve the day to day technical problems to keep the plant and field Machinery, Tools, Equipment and other Facilities in Operation.
Manpower planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance works.
Keep updated regarding the completed and outstanding works to superior.
Adequate knowledge of DDC and Johnson Control system.
