CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

PERFORM AND ASSESS
 Develop and implement HSE policy that focus on risks management and mitigation
 Delegate responsibilities to HSE officers to cover each aspect of facility HSE management
 In case of emergencies, implement corrective plans to minimize the effect of an accident
 Coordinate with superintendents or supervisors to identify new activities if any
 Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences
 Mark hazardous areas with HSE signages, hazard flashes, and site HSE campaign materials
 Interpret existing HSE regulations, develop plans to drive continual improvement actions
 Support and Facilitate
 Provide technical guidance to ensure development, implementation, and improvement of HSE programs
 Facilitate root cause analysis in case of HSE emergencies and create appropriate reports to document progress
 Participate in routine HSE activities including corrective actions, investigations, onsite audits and inspections
 Provide leadership, technical support on HSE programs in the designated area
 Assist during HSE Plant Tour, Monthly Meetings with Department (HSE) Representatives

MONITOR AND CONTROL
 Measure facility risk pertaining to HSE hazards and make plans to prevent incidents
 HSE Performance Evaluation as per ISO 45001 & ISO 22000 Standard(s)
 Plan the details of HSE programs according to international, National and Local HSE standards and ensure timely implementation of each plan
 Mechanize to integrate HSE practices into daily operations, maintenance, and administration
CLIENT INTERFACE:
 Provide necessary HSE reports / recommendation as required by the Client for any project specific issues.
 Attend meetings with Client (as required and requested

CONTRACTOR INTERFACE:
 Daily inspect site with to identify hazards but ensure any high risks are immediately controlled prior to leaving area Report on inspection findings via formal correspondence regularly.
 Chair regular safety meetings where required and write up minutes for distribution Effective communication daily.
