• Set KPI’s for the company and using it to manage the company and to reflect the critical success factors for it.
• Develop and monitor performance and productivity targets.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect efficiency, utilization, profitability, growth, and productivity.
• Make GAP analysis for ISO 9001 requirements. In order to implement ISO 9001 requirement in effective way.
• Assist in the creation of working culture and values aims to promote teamwork, problem solving, knowledge sharing, and customer focus.
• Use quality improvement tools to enhance the existed processes and develop new process to enhance the working flow in the organization.
• Perform internal auditing of all departments/ sections and submit reports to top management.
