Preparation of Material Exception Report (MER) for incorrect / short / excess material.
Handling of Lubes / Chemicals in case of leakage / spillage as per instructions given in MSDS.
Monitoring of Expense and Investment plan budget.
Compliance review of audit reports and observations.
Identification of items for local fabrication to reduce cost & lead time without affecting quality.
Develop and maintain procedures / working instruction.
Familiar with routine work processes of Warehouse.
Effectively utilized SAP / MAXIMO for the data analysis.
ISO 9002 & ISO 14001 compliance. Conduct internal and external audits independently.
