Project: EPC for TIE - IN Work at South East Project (ASAB/SAHIL Field)
Client: ADNOC Onshore
Project Details: EPC contract and testing for all civil and mechanical works for this project involves
supply and installation of Tie-ins at different types of wells in ASAB/ SAHIL.

Key Accountability:
• Support/lead HSE Management system, HSE Audit, HSE Assurance Program, Follow up Site
activity role.
• Carry out quarterly HSE audit/ HSE Assurance Program assistance with monitoring and supervision of production and implementation of visualization projects as per ADNOC Guideline.
• Design HSE workshop series (Arabic & English) with view to increase knowledge about safety and to change perception of risks.
• Development of competency matrix and training and skill development programs for HSE critical roles.
• Coach all employees and contractors on safe working practices, HSE procedures and guidance utilizing material from workshop series, induction series, strategic leadership series and etc.
• Supervise and mentor appointed persons on their first delivery of developed training and tool box talk programs.
• Supported safety inspection, providing information and facilities guidance to OSHA inspectors during walkthroughs.
• Design and develop safety campaigns, motivational and publicity programs to encourage and reinforce workers' understanding, acceptance and participation in safety processes.
• Design and develop suitable reward & recognition programs to encourage co-operation and participation from employees on safe working.
• Investigated industrial accidents, injuries or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Lead and conduct mass toolbox talk with all employees including management on monthly basis and participate in daily toolbox talk to see effectiveness.
• Check and verify that work method statement and risk assessment is adhered to Conduct site survey on PPE and Firefighting equipment on routine basis.
• Examined project plans and locations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• All Mandatory Safety training (H2S/BA, PTW, Fire & Safety watches, Security trainings, etc.) are completed and necessary valid certificates are available at with the personnel working site.
• Co-ordination between various divisions, sections and disciplines during shutdown execution, to ensure that all act in harmony for smooth execution of shutdown.
• Advice Project Management team where required of corrective / preventative actions or on measures necessary to carry out implementation of the HSE Program to its fullest extent.
• Develop and administer E-learning programs for accredited and non-accredited HSE training.
• Prepare weekly / Monthly HSE Statistic liaises with Project HSE Manager and Submit to ADNOC HSE Team.
• Participate in TRA (Task Risk Assessment) session and provide HSE inputs as per ADNOC recommendation if any.
• Provide daily summary report of field HSE issues and activities including; HSE documentation; TRA, toolbox talks produced, etc., for the Site HSE Manager.
• Supervise Spot Check as per ADNOC requirement.
• Participate ADNOC campaign like (Road Safety, Desert Clean Up Campaign).
• Implement the ADNOC LSR System at Site.

• A well-managed site HSE team that provides full field cover.
• An effective legally compliant and client approved HSE management program that supports the construction execution plan.

Project: EPC Contract for Erection of Cast House and Sub Station in TALEX
Client: AECOM Middle East (TALEX, Abu Dhabi)
Project Details: Construction of Cast House (mechanical and civil erection work) including Substation and Electrical/Instrumentation Work at Taweelah/Aluminium Extrusion Plan.

Key Accountability:
• Ensure the development and implementation of HSE Management Systems through line management, to achieve the safety goals and objectives of the Company.
• Ensure with the development and maintenance within Company HSE policies, standards and procedures, which incorporate UAE statutory requirements, OSHAD and international best practice.
• Manage the routine Operations HSE requirements- Permit to Work, Critical Activities and High-Risk Activities.
• Provide appropriate safety training and assist with the development of a competency assurance process.
• Prepare annual HSE budget with project Team, and update the Business Plan (K.P.I) summary.
• Provide HSE induction as well as other Safety Training to the Work-Force and Fire - Fighting Training as well, Facilitate First-Aid to the injured person and Co-ordination with the Rescue Team to protect Man-Power at site.
• Attending the Management walk through, Participate in HSE Audit & Inspection.

Project Details: EPC contract and testing for all civil and mechanical works for 12 buildings, Shah Sulfur Recovery Nits, Substations and E&I work.

Key Accountability:
• Review of Contractor HSE Plan, Provide HSE related advice at various stages of the project during construction, Commissioning and handing over to operation.
• Develop annual contractor engagement plans, focus areas and KPI's to drive through the common objective of achieving ZERO incidents.
• Supervise contractor working in the field, and ensures that they comply company policy and procedure.
• Ensure that all projects HSE Objective are met, target achieved as per company requirement.
• Identify improvement opportunities, and develop programs for improving the contractor HES performance on continuous basis.
• Support the HSE supervisor during investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study probable causes and recommend remedial action.
• Ensuring adequate training / awareness during the contractor execution phase as per HSE Plan.
• Controlling and review the contractor risk assessment, JSA, TBT, the permit to work system Carry out regular and random inspections of contractor facilities and record results, Develop and implement safe systems of work for the project in conjunction with the Safety.

Project Details: EHS advice for Civil Works, Over Head Equipment Works (Electrical), Bridges (Major
& Minor), Buildings, Plant & Machinery.

Key Accountability:
* Responsible to ensure that all staff & workmen are competent to perform their tasks safely in
compliance with L&T ECCD EHS Management System and this plan requirement and shall do so
by:
* Ensuring the screening of workmen is effectively implemented by the time office & site execution
engineers.
* EHS Induction provided for all staff & workmen before deployment by EHS Engineer / Officer.
* Ensure regular monitoring and organize continuous EHS in-house trainings
* Preparing and maintaining Safety Contingency Plan (Fire, Spill etc.), Mock drill, Accident/Incident
investigation and Root Cause Analysis, Safety Survey, Safety Presentation.
* Carry out schedule equipment/vehicle inspection, Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Safety
report and submission to the client.
* Controlling and review the risk assessment, JSA, TBT, the permit to work system.

Client: NATIONAL HIGHWAYS AUTHORITY OF INDIA, (NHAI)
Project Details: Arrangement & Detailing of Staging & Shuttering for Flyover at PADI JUNCTION & Pile Load Testing for Flyover at NH-45 & KOYEMBEDU INTERSECTION.

Key Accountability:
• Responsible to carry out inspection at allocated contractor site to ensure the adherence of Health, Safety & Environment regulations.
• Participate in Weekly Management Safety Walk together with client and Sub-Contractor's Management.
• Ensure all activities are in accordance with NHAI and M/S Simplex Infrastructure procedure.
• Compile Health and Safety policy for company and promote a positive safety culture in the organization.
• Assist higher authority in formulating safety system in line statutory requirement.
• Investigate incident, record and report the same to the management besides Monitoring, reviewing and auditing.
• Responsible for hazard control and identification, conduct environment study and submit to the management.
• Induction of all level specialized training according to the need of group personnel, developed implementation and adherence Job Safety Analysis for the client system.
• Conduct regular safety inspection-audits to all contractors work sites, HSE Induction training to all people, impart training of mock drill and emergency procedure and benchmark safety performance in many perspectives.
• Identify project specific requirements of statutory bodies and formulate-implement plans to comply with the same.
• Organize meetings-presentation to disseminate statutory body requirements within owner contractor, subcontractor & supplier organization.
• Arrange first aid training and other relevant training program. (Confined Space, Work at Height).
• Prepare, control and implement the project safety plan and advice on safety matters at all stages of the project.
• Monitor-report safety statistics identify the trends & areas requiring more attention for risk reduction & improvement.
• Review safety performance statistics, initiate actions for improvement, set safety targets & plan to enhance safety.
