1. Developed the programme of the Ferrari roof package that includes the space frame structure, aluminum cladding, façade glazing and all the related temporary works and revised it numerously throughout the project life cycle with all its related monitoring documents.
2. Defined the critical indicators which the programme was monitored against.
3. Setting up a reporting system that was used as a very powerful monitoring tool of the progress in which the data was extracted with ease to update the programme and to read the progress at any level of detail.
4. Following up the progress by creating and updating a large number of S-curves on daily, weekly, monthly basis whether generally or specifically to monitor each team’s productivity at any given time. These S-curves were split into 2 parts generally; official S-curves which are based on the planned and recovery programmes in addition to internally targeted high performance S-curves in which the productivity required is greater than that of the planned and recovery S-curves.
5. Following up with the subcontractors and suppliers on their technical deliverables and progress on site
6. Working side by side with the Managing Contractor, Al Dar Besix, to fulfill all their requirements in terms of reporting/planning related matters.
7. Progress presentations when and where required for clients on behalf of the project management
8. Handling communications pertaining to the planning works in the Ferrari Experience project.
All the above and more, added to the team’s effort achieved the successful and timely completion of the Ferrari Experience roof package project.
 Carried out programmes and created reporting systems for other projects and helped other junior planners to maintain these systems by communicating through periodical or demand based site visits to those projects and making sure that the systems are carried out correctly. An example is Al Gurm villas in Abu Dhabi, and Shahama Saadiyat Freeway infrastructure.
 Working with the tendering Department of Six Construct in creating the tender programmes.
 Managed all the planning related works of the company’s projects portfolio in Yas Island.
