Role & Responsibilities
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plan, Construction Quality Procedure & Method of Statement.
• Preparation & Submission of Inspection request & Material Inspection request, Site acceptance test request with all necessary documentations.
• Review & Inspection for all Electrical Material Inspections with consultant, Prior to installation.
• Daily monitoring the Construction activities raising & Closing for Site Observation with PA / NCRs with CA if found Potential Nonconformance/Nonconformance.
• Responsible for the overall Execution Monitoring Implementation & Evaluation of Quality Control related Electrical works accordance with project specification & Engineering Standards.
• Verify the construction Drawings, Specification & installation procedures of Electrical Equipment.
• Inspection of Electrical Installation of MV & LV Switchgears, Panels, Transformers, Cables, Cable Terminations, Cable Routing, Cable Tray, Cable Ladders, Cable Trunking, Bus Duct.
• Verify all required inspection reports & test records are systematically generated & complied according to the approved QC Procedure & Documents.
• Coordinate with Client representatives regarding the implementation & quality of works
• Plan, organize & carry out the internal audit function including the preparation an audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the department, scheduling & assigning work & estimating resource need.
• Guide & Advice site engineers & Supervisor, as applicable to ensure that PROJECT deliverables fully reflect QA/QC requirements & other specific guidelines set by Organization.
• Preparation of look-ahead schedules & ensuring that all the schedules are met.
• Monitored & Follow-up the successful commissioning flawless start-up & normal operational activities through equipment inspection & Maintenance activities Based on QA/QC procedure & reliability centered maintenance techniques.
• Tracking of Testing Equipment Instruments for Calibration Records.
• Ensuring the smooth handing over documentation for completed projects.
