1. Monitoring overall Export Operation/Handling in the region comprising Uganda,
Rwanda, Burundi, Angola, Kenya, Nigeria, Tema, Mozambique, Lome, Egypt,
Sudan, Congo, Sierra Lone, Fiji, New Papua Guinea, Conakry, Ethiopia,
Export matters through emails (booking/FOB/LCs/Acceptance/pre-inspection etc)
2. Monitoring Shipping and Banks documents/Payments against L/C, D/P D/A and
advance payment specially LC Negotiation, Credit Facilities, and discount in
KHI/DXB/London Banks.
3. Monitoring Certification of Form E against Advance payment D/P, D/A L/C,
4. Monitoring Swift messages for L/C amendment and overdue Payments against
D/P, D/A L/C.
5. Monitoring forward booking for Export Proceeds.
6. Monitoring of form “EE” and form “EF”, (Annual export report for SBP).
