To Review & Identify problems in the design, planning, manage and delivering multiple projects.
• Preparation/review of MEP technical submittal (Material Submittal & Shop Drawings) according
to the project specification and all applicable standards (local, national or international Standards).
• Prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and coordination
issues.
• Develop designs for a wide variety of projects, as well as, providing services during the construction phase.
• Develop technical specifications, plans, elevations, section and details.
• Prepare design related calculations like HAP, ESP, Pump Head etc.
• Coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines as needed.
• In conjunction with the document controller, ensure that the filing/logging of the MEP documentation is
undertaken in line with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
• Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents
• BIM Model generation, review and submission
• Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM softwares and tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Attend/organize necessary work shops with consultant/Contractor to finalize/approve BIM Model
• Follow up for the approval of MEP technical submittal and shop drawing with the consultant.
• Responsible for MEP Design review and raising necessary RFIs to clear design discripancies.
• Conduct site visits to check/clear site coordination issues.
• Attending site meetings with Clients, Consultant, and other Contractors & Co-ordination with all MEP &
Civil services.
• Plan and analyse all possible construction methodologies and recommend the best options to MEP Team
for review prior to execution at site.
• Review the progress of Engineering and construction works.
• Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Technician.

• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site.
• Plan and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst.
Project Manager for Approval prior to execution at site.
• Allocating the man power according to the site activities and work priorities.
• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract
documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international
standards.
• Raising RFI, MIR, and CVI etc and taking approval for the Approval of the works done through consultant
inspections.
• Conduct design review meetings and inter disciplinary meetings for facilitating contractor’s coordination
works.
• Material and Layout reviews and approval.
• Co-ordination & Supervision of HVAC Constructions work Sites
• Co-ordinate with Consultant for approval of drawings and materials.
