• Report to the CEO.
• Cooperate with Projects Management to create Projects Budget.
• Manage & control projects cost not to exceed the allocated budgets.
• Analyze expenses and allocate them over projects of the company.
• Controlling invoice issuance & allocate income to projects, and follow up with the customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, and services providers (A\P) to insure that they are working within the signed contract. (Agreements / Contracts Implementation)
• Managing and supporting bookkeeping functions, including projects deliveries and invoicing, purchase orders and invoices, credit control, fixed asset register, journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
• Processing monthly payroll sheets and its related employees income tax and social security.
• Create the Cash Flow projection sheets / presentations that meet projects need and the strategic plan of the company.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L (profit & loss) Statement for the management meetings.
• Coordinate with the external auditor to issue the financial statements.
• Manage the bank accounts and prepare the monthly reconciliation.
• Control and prepare assets sheets that meet the company policy and the tax low of depreciation.
• Manage the insurance companies.
• Reports to the General Manager and to the Partners.
• Recording day to day transactions to the year end.
• General ledger posting.
• Reconciling, monitoring and reporting bank account transactions and balances.
• Prepare monthly reports to Management such as expenses analyses, A\P & A\R sheets, and any other required reports.
• Analyze expenses and allocate them over projects of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial Statements.
• Coordinate with vendors, and services providers (A\P) to insure that they are working within the signed contract. (Agreements / Contracts Implementation)
• Reporting to the General Manager (Owner).
• Responsible of the whole accounting procedures of the company.
• Managed bookkeeping functions, including projects deliveries and invoicing, purchase orders and invoices, credit control, fixed asset register, journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
