Managing bench resources for Testing track (Deploying bench resources to the project as per the business requirement and the skillset)
Scheduling and involving in the resourcing/bench calls with leadership.
Publishing Operational issues to the leadership with eye catchy graphical data.
Initiating H1 and L1 visas for US deployments and work permit visas for Australia, UK and other countries after taking appropriate approvals (VGC/SDL/FP&A/HRL approvals).
Assisting the HR for relocating the onsite resources back to India (once the project is done or if we don't find any opportunities).
Coordinating with the Operations/hiring teams for the new requirements.
Checking compliance status - whether the resource is compliant as per GE requirement (Applicable for GE Projects).
Initiating BGC (Background check) if the resource is non-compliant (as per compliance team) and for the onboarding.
Initiating different trainings basis the business requirement.
Collating the profiles from the resources and doing a quality check before sharing the same with the customer.
