I am a qualified supervisor and have supervised technicians for I&C on the backshifts during on-line and outage periods, successfully completing work as scheduled.Preparation of work activities, for the foreman leads man for daily schedule.
Assist the VENDOR for the installation of remaining instrument which is temporary removed during transportation.
Double checked all the instrument installed in the correct position and setting like's TE, RTD and vibration.
In charge the installation of primary, secondary tray cable tray, stanchion, cable pulling and instrument installation.
Knowledge in loop folder preparation like's attachment, calibration certificate, FAT of skids, vendor data sheet & cable test reportErection and commissioning of field instruments
Trouble shooting and maintenance of various pneumatic and electrical instruments i.e. flow, pressure, temperature, level etc
Involved in various modification works for improvement of plant performance.
Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, protection checking of instruments.
Knowledge about control loops, Interlock system, process and instrument Diagram, maintenance of vibration system, PLC System, Distributed control system and various control panel.

· Execute and monitor the maintenance activities of the Instrumentation and control equipment in the assigned area and assign resources, in line with the maintenance schedule.
· Check the proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters, troubleshoot control system problem as they arise and modifying the logic as per requirement.
· Maintain inventory of spares for the year by using Oracle software, and initiate procurement in order to ensure their availability during overhauls and emergency maintenance and thereby ensuring the quality and timely completion of work. To follow up spares availability and advise the Engineer for proper follow up from his side so that plant availability is always ensured. To inspect materials / spares newly purchased at stores.
· Recommend new installations or modifications to improve plant control performance or replacement of defective or obsolete instrumentations for control equipment systems and subsystems. Supervise and monitor the progress of all types of routine, breakdown and planned maintenance activities, so as to minimize down time for the equipment for increased plant productivity.
· Communicate with management and update the Instrument Engineer to resolve complex issues concerning new technology, upgrade of equipment, revision to standards and purchase specifications, test procedures and new projects designs. To carry out engineering investigation of plant defects as necessary and under take other engineering investigation and test work as directed by the Instrument Engineer.
· Schedule and control the routine, preventive overhauls and emergency maintenance, in order to efficiently and safely complete all the activities well within the allocated period of outage. Plan and manage time and manpower for executing the annual and major overhauls and prepare overhaul work details for Instrument & Control Plants/Equipment with regard to desalination units assigned.
· Update, maintain records, generate reports related to the maintenance work, maintain master list of drawings, calibrate/test tools and test equipment, in order to enable the management to take the right decisions and thereby ensure plant reliability.

obtained and confirmed of those I/O signals.
• Pre-commissioning, Testing and commissioning of Ballast pumps to the client as per Engineer/Supervisor’s schedule
• Performing of various maintenance activities on instrumentation and control system.
• Modification, implementation, testing and commissioning on Power Management System using PLC particular in the
confirmation of those I/O signals.
• Involves in troubleshooting of process field instrumentation and automation faults, logic interlocks (intermediate & ESD
system)
• Corrective & Preventive Maintenance of instrument at all Power Plant units/areas.
• Work on different units for trouble shooting of instruments faults/problem to process dept.
• Overhauling & calibration of transmitter ( flow, pressure, level, temperature )
• Pre-commissioning, Testing and Commissioning, Pre and Start-up and operation and maintenance on the systems and
modules such as: Fire & Gas, Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Process Shutdown
(PSD), Process Control System (PCS)
• Pre-commissioning, Testing and commissioning of HPU (hydraulic power unit)
• Perform of signal simulation and functional loop testing of field instruments with the coordination of Boardman on DCS
console to obtained and confirmed of those I/O signals.
• Involves on the teams for plant shutdown, restoration, testing and commissioning and start-up.
• Preparation of drawings, ITR’s and as-built.
• Performing of control loop checking, calibration, recalibration, troubleshooting, verification, rectification, modification
and simulation of various instrumentation and control instruments.
• Testing of fire alarm, smoke detector and heat protector
• Perform all the job, as advised by Supervisor and gave daily production reports.
• Perform loop checking and loop setting of Valve Air Ventilation(VAV) to the client as per Engineer/Supervisor’s
schedule
• Loop checking/ loop testing/ functional and matrix testing of Air Handling Unit AHU) instruments such as
pressure/temperature/flow transmitters/ switches.
