• Monitor and control Projects’ prime costs (Material, Labor, and Prelims) and ensure any variances are rationalize.

• Review and control budget uplifts / adjustments.
• Assist in highlighting potential variations to and evaluation for value engineering items with the site team.
• Provide feedback for the Tendering department on the loss items and over priced items.

• Develop Cost Control objectives and procedures.
• Highlighting and assisting in securing variations of over AED 80 Million.
• Preventing to release orders for over specified material and excess material of over AED 23 Million.

Main Achievements:
• Habtoor Palace Hotel Complex awarding (EPC Contract), project value circa AED 500 Million; the project located in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed road, high rise building (GF + 6 Podiums + 35 floors) of total BUA of 350, 000 sqm. The project consists of 3 hotels Saint Reggis, W hotel and Westin hotel.
• The Louvre Abu Dhabi, this a prestigious museum located in Saddiyat Island AD, project value AED 590 Million, the project BUA is 80, 000 sqm, consist of complicated systems as seawater cooling, under floor cooling, heat pumps, and geothermal cooling system.
• KPIZ package 208 awarding (Design and Build Contract), project value AED 90 Million; work closely with the consultant and the site team in the stage of design, and technical submittals. The project was completed on time and within the agreed cost target.
• ZADCO UZ 750 TCCF awarding (Design and Build Contract); oil & gas off shore project in Abu Dhabi. The project was awarded Jan. 2013. Work on sitting the design basis and parameters to achieve the best engineering design along with the consultant to ensure executing the project within the budget.
