• Supervise the implementation all maintenance work and prepare preventive maintenance schedules to reduce the risk of unexpected interruption of the services provided and to ensure that all systems in the facility operate in an optimal manner.
• Reviewing the design and step-by-step supervision of the fit-out work inside the tenants shops and following up on their implementation with the contractors.
• Follow up and coordinate of outsource service providers contracts to ensure the works are carried out within the SLAs.
• Maintain the quality and productivity of engineering team works within KPIs through (maintenance planning, SOPs, and safety standards).
• Provide assets and locations registration on the CAFM system to automate all works to facilitate the management and operation of the facility.
• Organize and track cost of new planned projects daily operational within suggested budget.
• Preparing the annual budget and get handle with all provided quotations from suppliers and follow up internal purchase orders with procurement department.
• Follow-up and control the spare parts inventory in warehouse (inventory management).
• Operate and monitor the utilities consumption through billing system to ensure and avoid energy wastage during operation of building.
• Providing a full inspection of the electromechanical systems and identifying faults, if any, at rental units and follow up with tenants to resolve them.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of existing mechanical systems and report any potential maintenance requirements.
• Handing over with contractors in commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Manage daily operations, repairs and improve preventive maintenance systems.
• Maintain external relationships to identify and develop all hard services to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager and other departments to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of services to the client.
• Prepare and deliver daily, monthly and issues reports for all tasks done by the engineering team to the client.
• Get handle and quick response for any request received from the client.
