 7. Sales analysis & forecasting using sophisticated enterprise software like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) & SOTS (Sales Order Tracking System).
 8. Provide smooth after sales support to customers by Assigning Engineers during technical problems of sold products.
 9. Benchmarking competitors product price & specification to highlight own brand products.
 10. Study new product specification to design Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
 11. Guide & Train up Junior Sales Executives on Customer Dealing Techniques & Enterprise Software operations on a regular basis.
 12. Provide ICT solutions to customer based on their requirement.
 13. Ensure the payments from customers by strong follow up.
 14. Other project work assigned by top Management time to time.
