 Responsible for supporting Talent Engagement, Talent Management and Talent Development activities for respective client.
 Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
 Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
 Develop an effective pipeline of key talent that is potentially available for immediate hire.
 Manage large volume of requisitions in applicant tracking system.
 Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/ feedback with interview teams and candidates.
 Work with other recruiters and operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts.
 Identify and development and skills training, other professional development and team building for all staff
 Prescreen and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review.
 Help establish and monitor key application, hiring, and interviewing metrics to provide a pipeline overview for management.
 Responsible for new employee orientation and provide on-going support.
 General understanding of the business and at least a basic level of applied generalist knowledge including people practices, people engagement, employee relations practices in line with relevant policy and people processes, etc.
 Administered support for HR programs/training and events and coordinate effectively to ensure smooth execution.
 Involved in on-boarding of New Hires in ensuring they are timely inducted and acclimatized.
 Provide necessary support for data consolidation, analytics as per business need.
 Provide consultation to managers and counsel employees/managers on people issues.
