Loop-2 and 56” KAEC Pipeline Project, KSA
Project Description: This project involves the following:
* EWG-2 pipeline Section III is approximately 191 km; KM 65.00 to Rabigh-II Pipeline is approximately 156 km.
and KM 142.00 to KAEC Pipeline is approximately 11.5 KM major facilities and equipment include;
* Scraper Launcher and Receiver
* Mainline valve stations
* Jump over from existing pipeline
* Hot Tapping
* Providing new Burn Pits for scraper traps and valve stations
* New RTU shall be provided for communication
Responsibility:
* Working as a Lead engineer- Pipeline
* Coordination with engineering sub- contractor
* Construction Support
* Resolving site queries
* Resolving interface issue with other contractors.
* Package preparation for obtaining the approvals from Interface departments
* Handling change order
* Discussion with Client on technical issues.
7. Project - Insalah Southern Gas Fields Project - Algeria
Project Description: This project involves the following pipeline configurations:
* Detail engineering for the development of four gas fields development which includes extensive use of wide
range of materials which includes both Sour and Non-sour service. The project covers various diameters like
16”, 24” and 32 inch and various Scraper launching and receiving facilities.

* Material Specification, Technical Bids, Vendor Drawing Reviews for Long lead items for Pipeline
* General arrangement drawings, Station approach drawings, Alignment sheet, Isometrics.
8. Project - Supply of Gas to New Al Ain cement Plant for Arkan, UAE
Project Description: This project involves the following pipeline configurations:
* FEED and Detailed Engineering for 20” Sales Gas pipeline of 50km length with Block valves station &
terminal facilities at both ends of the pipeline

* Material Specification, Technical Bids, Vendor Drawing Reviews for Long lead items for Pipeline
* Stress Analysis
* General arrangement drawings, Station approach drawings, Alignment sheet, Isometrics.

9. Project - Crude Oil Export Facility Reconstruction Project, IRAQ
Project Description: This project involves the following pipeline configurations:
* Pre-bid Engineering for new 48" pipeline, two valve station platforms and one SPM buoy. The loading line is
anticipated to be 48" diameter and approximately 71km long in total length, in which 8km of length on the
onshore block and 63km is at the offshore block.

* Preliminary Pipeline Mechanical Design Calculation
* Material Specification, General arrangement drawings and Material Take Off
This project involves the following pipeline configurations:
* Individual Wellheads (6 Nos.). 10” Flow Lines from the individual wellheads routed to the Compression
Facility through a 20” Flow line Header. A 12” export gas pipeline for transporting compressed gas from the
Sweet gas compression facility to BP Receiving facilities. A 4” gross liquid pipeline for transporting gross
liquids (condensate/water) from the Sweet gas compression facility to BP Receiving facilities.

* Study performed on CAESAR II 5.0 for the High Temperature Pipelines to control the expansion and

11. Project - FEED + DD for 12 inch Gas Pipeline from SNGTP to QAPS, Oman

* A 21 km, 12” 600# gas pipeline from the manifold on SOGL at SNGTP to QAPS for supplying fuel gas to a
new power plant under execution. at SNGTP with permanent pig trap facility.

12. Project - Nimr Sludge Pits System Upgrade - FEED/ DD, Oman
Project Description: The project consists of
* To transfer the oil via new 6 inch - CL 300# CS PE-Lined, 3.5 km long Pipeline with Permanent Pig traps
facility to get rid of many trucks that are transferring the oil from Nimr Sludge Pit to NRPS, and to resolve
many HSE and operational problems.

13. Project - Replacement of the kicker line at Sahmah Pig Receiver, Oman
Project Description: The project consists of
* During the regular routine inspection on the MOL-7 Hubara - Sahama (Km 140 approx) Receiver it was
noticed that the thickness of kicker line is reduced due to corrosion and hence it is required to be replaced.
Existing kicker line to be replaced by new kicker line along with new valve and drain line required for the
Kicker line. Supports design for the Kicker line and drain line.

14. Project - BUDOUR NE Phase 3B Development Facilities FEED/DD, Oman
Project Description: The detailed scope of the pig trap / pipeline replacement project is as follows.
* Install a new 10”, 21 km, and 600# with 3.0mm CA, 95 bars, and CS pipeline from Budour NE to Birba
Gathering Station (BGS).
