Working as a Business Analyst for the Software Provisioning team (Oracle India Pvt Ltd) from 4th of October 2013 till date
Enable Process SLA Reports.
Identify the areas of improvement for SLA’s and create mini projects and ideas to improve the process
Track the issues faced by the software team while installing softwares on a regular basis and identify ways to rectify it.
Build documents related to provisioning processes, including internal and external communications
Design and implement new business processes that align with the business vision.
Create Monthly, Quarterly ISO reports and send them to directors
Conduct projects on Quarterly report and identify areas of improvement.
Handle discrepancies from Team Managers of representatives once evaluations from QA’s are submitted.
Track the performance of the QA’s on a weekly and monthly basis and highlight the areas of improvement.
Track the fatal and non-fatal errors and come up with an action plan to improve the business.
Work with the team and create an environment which motivates the team members to achieve the required target.
Leading the Call Calibration with Operations and Clients on a Weekly basis.
Mentoring and coaching QA’s by performing regular Quality checks. Conducting team meetings on a Weekly basis to highlight team strengths and discuss the areas of opportunities.
Review resumes and applications
Conduct interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Work with recruitment consultancies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Communicate and explain the HR policies to the employees.
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate joining formalities for new comers.
To resolve grievances or concerns of employees pertaining to their work.
Prepare letters such as offer and confirmation.
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation level of people in the organization.
Troubleshooting technical issues for the customers over the phone and chat.
Providing Desktop and Laptop Support.
Using of remote desktop for remotely solving problems.
Configuring and troubleshooting MS Outlook.
Placing Orders for the replacements parts
Checking on pending Incidents to have it resolved on timely manner.
Bachelor in Computer Applications from INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY.
