- Implementation of QuickBooks at Variant Architectures.
- Preparing financial reports for analyzing cost per floor, estimate vs. actual and preparing reports regarding variances.
- Procuring resources like construction material, dealing with suppliers and ensuring that construction process continues without any hurdles because of material.
- Dealing with the banks and raising demands for payments to suppliers after approval of relevant invoices.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and helping management to take decisions based upon these accounts.

- Reviewing work of subordinates regarding cash payments and data entry in QuickBooks and supervising technical work.

It’s a Medium Sized Entrepreneur and it exports socks to USA, UK, Panama & India. Annual revenue is more than Rs.100 M.

It’s a software house. Annual revenue is more than Rs.12 M.
2. Al-Shafiah Natural Foods
It’s a Small Sized Entrepreneur. Main products are honey and date.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of QuickBooks at these clients.
- Establishing better internal control systems.
- Preparing export documents.
- Dealing with the banks and preparing documents for loan under Export Refinance Scheme (EFS I & II).
- Preparing monthly management accounts and helping management to take decisions based upon these accounts.
- Preparing documents for Export Rebate Claim and Drawback of Local Taxes & Levies (DLTL).
- Managing payables and receivables
- Preparing sales tax working.
