Daily monitoring of the cash position of the parent and associated companies.
•Liaising with Sales, Procurement, and other departments in terms of financial requirements.

•Monitoring the IFRS Conversion project with the financial consultants.
•Working as a lead contact in the outsourced interna audit function for all departments.
•Creating company policies in relation to approvals levels in support of CEO.
•Creating internal control policies within finance and other departments.
•Preparing monthly management accounts, forecasts and information monitoring the various aspects of the company's performance within the specified timescales.
•Monitoring sales prices for scrap and finished goods in line with the steel price market fluctuations.
•Overseeing and managing financial and accounting operations of the companies.
