* Preparing Techno-commercial proposals & Technical
Submittal for projects.
* Visit Customers and propose solutions to fulfill their needs
* Meet Consultants to discuss the proposed solutions to get
acceptance for our proposed design.
* Review and prepare design drawings, prepare RFI’s,
quantity survey, BOQ & BOM.
* Develop conceptual, logical network design, review project
deadlines.
* Review of Document, Project Planning, Scheduling &
important milestone.
* Maintain project budget, Risk, project report on timely
manner.
* Preparation of kick-off meetings & snag list.
* Coordination with engineering & procurement department on
material ordering / Receiving / till invoiced.
* Coordination & Correspondence with suppliers & Client.
TECHNOLIGHT - Jeddah
Leading a team of professional engineers dedicated to
estimate & design Lighting Control System like Schneider Electric KNX /Legrand BTICINO/ Vantage/ GRMS INTEREL, Video Intercom / Home Theatre & AV System, according to client needs.
Preparing Commercial & Technical offers, Technical Submittal
Handling the Installation & Termination process in whole system network.
At Project execution, working side by side with technician to rectify technical faults and complete snag lists.
Responsible for meeting with Main & sub contractor to clarify critical issues.
Preparing Schematic & SLD for project site office to help them understand system.
Preparing Testing, Commissioning & Handover reports to satisfy client’s objectives.
Leading a team of professional engineers dedicated to
estimate & design for Building Management System /
Panel Fabrication, according to client needs.
* Preparing Commercial offers, Technical Submittal.
* Review project specification, B.O.Q, Technical comments.
* Responsible for all Engineering aspect related to control
system including technical review of design, specification,
shop drawing, SLD, Control Schematics & technical submittals.
* Provide technical support to clients & subcontractors in
related issues to implementing best possible steps to achieve
targets.
* Provide technical & sales support to site team related to
design.
* Provide Programming & graphic training to fresh engineer.
* Testing BMS Network & helping contractor at site to ensure
proper conduit & termination of network.
* Prepare software & complex logics to achieve flexible &
user friendly system.
* Supervise the project include Installation, Testing,
Commissioning till hand over the project.
* Provide dedicated design to achieve best energy saving
possible to meet LEED requirement.
Define targets for the user access privileges, issues &
demands with the IT Manager.
* Monitoring daily reports for networking problems.
* Responsible for Internet Marketing and Managing strategic
objectives.
* Establish a peer to peer connection, fully back- end support
& configuration of Routers.
* Solving all hardware issues, IP Phone, Data and Voice over
IP using structured cabling.
* Involve the team in internal work like goal setting and
performance reviews.
* Provide technical support to Sales representatives to sell
product.
* Work towards expanding the dealer network in the areas of
focus for Universal Express.
