•Experience in Planning, Project Controls & Cost Management, Sub Contract Management, Auditing, Project Proposals, Project reporting to the Executive management level etc
•Prepare recovery program and S Curve histogram
•Prepare project forecast and update milestone tracker and timeline progress
•Prepare and update Dashboard by updating current progress by using store period performance for financial periods.
•Prepare and update KPI, s and metrics for the project
•Prepare cashflow chart for the project on monthly basis and make delay analysis

•Analyse all the delays and prepare EOT claim by time impact analysis technique
•Performance measurement based on earned value & resource productivity analysis
•Experience in Schedule Revisions for Variation/Change Orders & Extensions of Time and delay analysis
•Prepare portfolio level project reports
•Excellent knowledge resource & cost loading / planning and risk management technic
•Design the road and took of the quantities of road works, earthworks, bridges, dams and building foundations using Civil 3D 2024
•Calculate the quantity of the complete building work including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing using Auto cad LISP command
•Prepare the detailed Construction methodology and method statements for the tender purpose with precise detailing of each and every activity

•Proper management of materials and workmanship
•Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards
•Monthly reconciliation of the materials for RA bill purpose and to avoid the wastage of materials
•Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS) for the structural elements
